Melting And Casting
A clean and controlled melt is the source for an optimal (free-of-pores) casting. In order to produce your components with such a high standard of melt processing, the inspection of results as well as full documentation of the melt process is absolutely necessary. We can offer a special analysis of the strength index for tracing material charges and cleanness. We cast components of aluminium and zinc on modern and reliable machines. The casting machines are automated and set to different strengths, thus allowing a flexible production program which fits to individual client requirements. We are also equipped for the production of components using movable injection-molding tool inserts.
As well as the previously mentioned standard alloys we also have the “metallurgical knowledge” for using special non-standard alloys for specific use. Please ask for further information.
